Everything is included as standard. No plans and no separate modules to buy: every role works in the same complete system.
AI is included by default. Every company gets a monthly bundle of AI credits for dot's work: preparing replies, summarising, running workflows. When it runs out, you decide whether to buy more, so there are no surprise costs.

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix roles?
Yes. You pick a role per person and pay for exactly that mix. Switching roles is always possible; your invoice follows automatically.
What happens when my team grows or shrinks?
When someone joins, you pay for that person pro rata for the rest of your billing period. When someone leaves, your next invoice is simply lower.
What exactly are AI credits?
Every AI action by dot costs a few credits, depending on the work. Your monthly bundle renews every month; purchased credits stay valid for 6 months.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for the year in one go and pay about 20% less: two months free. With monthly billing you pay a bit more and are billed month by month.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude 21% VAT. stipt is built for businesses; VAT is listed separately on your invoice.
