AI checks for your forms and job sheets. Reviewed before you open them.

As soon as a technician submits a job sheet or survey, dot checks it, photos included. Does it show what was asked, does the serial number match, does the extra work fit? You get a verdict with the points next to the questions.

What dot checks,so you don't have to hunt for it.

dot reads every submitted form with its photos and puts each point next to the question it's about. The verdict: In order, Points to check or Needs completing.

Photos

Does it show what was asked?

dot checks that every photo shows what the field asks for, using the label, the explanation and your instruction as the measure. And whether it's usable: sharp enough, enough light, the subject fully in frame.

  • The same photo in two fields stands out
  • A required photo that's missing or unusable: Needs completing
  • Answers that contradict the photos become a point
Needs completing

On the fuse box photo at Marieke Smeets, the main switch isn't in view.

Serial numbers

The number matches the type plate.

dot reads numbers on type plates and stickers and compares them with what was scanned or typed. A number of all zeros, or a typed number that doesn't match the photo, becomes a point at that question.

  • Works with the scanner and with typed numbers
  • The point sits at the question it's about
  • On submit, the numbers also go into the serial number register
Serial number

The typed number ends in 0093, the type plate in 0039. dot puts the point at Inverter serial number.

Extra work

Extra work that matches what's in the photos.

If the technician ticks products, dot checks whether each line fits the photos, whether it's already on the record and whether something is visible that needs a line nobody chose. The product list from the record doesn't count as extra work.

  • Points for the office are only seen by the reviewer
  • If the same product is already on the record, dot says so
  • With extra work chosen, a reviewer always decides
Office only

The extra circuit is already on the quote. Ruben doesn't see this point, the reviewer does.

Learning

Every correction makes the next check better.

At each point the reviewer says whether it's right, and if not, why. With dot missed something you report what it didn't see. Those corrections go along as lessons in the next checks of the same form.

  • Once a day dot summarises the lessons into rules
  • Every lesson has a switch: off means off
  • Your instructions always come before a lesson

Fleur noted that a separate photo of the main switch is enough when it isn't in the fuse box.

Choose how far dot goes.Per form.

You switch the check on per form and choose the mode: just an analysis for the reviewer, feedback to the technician as well, or a full review where dot accepts what's in order itself.

1Analysis for the reviewer
2Feedback to the person filling in
3Full review

Complete until someone reviews

The person filling in can complete the form as long as nobody has reviewed it. Resubmitting creates a new version.

Every version checked again

dot simply checks the new version again, with the same instruction and lessons.

Rules don't fire twice

On resubmitting, the rules and status change for Form submitted don't run a second time.

Office points stay inside

What's for the office, such as extra work already on the record, only the reviewer sees.

In training, dot doesn't accept

In training mode the reviewer first reacts to the points. dot then never accepts on its own; tasks and feedback still go ahead.

The task closes itself

If dot prepares a task for a colleague, it closes as soon as the form is accepted or rejected.

You choose who gets the task

Per form you choose the colleague or team that gets the task when dot finds something.

A person makes the choice

Chosen extra work, a second follow‑up status or a rating question: then the form stays with the reviewer, with the verdict alongside.

Everything the check can do.How you fine‑tune it.

Per form you decide what dot looks at, and you see how often you agree with it.

One instruction per form

Say in plain language what dot should look for and name questions explicitly. Without an instruction, it goes by each question's label and explanation.

Filter on the verdict

In a CRM view you filter on dot's verdict. That way you work through every form dot found in order in one go.

Only what the person filling in saw

A page skipped because of an earlier answer isn't given to dot as a question. An instruction about such a page then doesn't apply to that form.

No name or address

From the record, dot only gets the record type, the appointment type and the products. What's in the form itself, it does see.

The phone checks first

While filling in, stipt already checks each photo on the device: nearly black, overexposed or blurry. dot takes that measurement into account.

How often you agree

Per form you see, over the last 90 days, how many dot checked, with which verdict and how often reviewers agreed with it.

Frequently asked questionsAbout the form check.

Which forms can dot check?

Any form submitted in stipt, such as a job sheet, survey or handover document. You switch the check on per form in Studio, and the tool itself needs to be on.

Does dot accept forms on its own?

Only in Full review mode, and only when everything is in order and there's nothing to choose, such as chosen extra work. The timeline then shows dot as the one who accepted. In training mode it never accepts on its own.

Does the technician see what dot finds?

Only when the form is set to feedback or full review. Then they see in the portal within a minute or so what they need to complete. Points for the office they never see.

What does a check cost?

A form with about ten photos costs around 50 credits, a large form with many photos up to about 100. Credits come from your company's pool.

How does dot learn from my reviewers?

At each point a reviewer says whether it's right, and if not, why. Those corrections go along as lessons in the next checks of the same form. Once a day dot summarises them into rules, and you can switch any lesson off.

Which data does dot see?

What was filled in on the form, with the photos. From the record only the record type, the appointment type and the products on it, not the customer's name or address.
