Task management software for your team
Every job sits with the right person, deadline attached, so nothing gets left behind.
One place for all the work. stipt includes a full task system that is always on. Tasks have subtasks, an assignee, a priority and a deadline. Group by status, person, priority or deadline, or work from a flat list, and save views. Tasks attach to customer files, are created automatically from work orders and rules, and dot can propose tasks for you to confirm.
Your own view
Group by status, person, priority or deadline and save that view. Everyone looks at the same work in their own way.
Tasks on the file
Tasks attach to the customer file, next to that customer's emails, appointments and quotes. You create a task straight from a conversation in the inbox.
dot proposes tasks
In chat, dot can propose tasks, for example follow-up tasks for a list of customers. You confirm each proposal; nothing happens until you do.
Tasks come from the work itself. An appointment that wasn't completed or a work order that is still open automatically becomes a task. And rules queue up work, for example after an accepted quote: the right job with the right person.
Templates for recurring work. A task template is a ready-made job: title, subtasks, priority and a deadline. One click and the whole set is ready, including who will do it.
Frequently asked questions
Is task management a separate module?
No. Tasks are always on in stipt, for every company. There is nothing to activate.
Can I see which tasks are overdue?
Yes. Overdue tasks are marked. Group by deadline to see what comes first.
Can tasks complete themselves?
Yes. A task created from a template can be checked off automatically once the related work happens in stipt, for example once the quote has been created.
Can I link an inbox conversation to a task?
Yes. You create a task from a conversation and can snooze the conversation until the task is done.
Do I get notified about new tasks?
Yes. You get a notification when a task is assigned to you, when you are mentioned, or when a task is completed. You set this per type.
