stipt

Reports in plain language. Ask dot. The chart is right there.

Ask your question in your own words. dot works it out from your own data, adds a chart and tells you which choices it made. What you want to keep, you save in Analytics or pin to your home screen.

From question to chart. No Excel, no formulas.

Analyses in the chat with dot are for admins, and for team members with the Analytics add‑on. dot works read‑only and only sees your own company.

Ask

Ask it the way you'd ask a colleague.

How is this week's schedule spread across the team? How many appointments didn't go ahead, per week and by reason? dot puts the result on a worksheet next to the chat, and when it suits a picture, it makes a chart by itself.

  • Bar, line, pie or just a number
  • dot says which date and which filters it chose
  • Ask a follow‑up and it updates the same chart
Week 41

64 appointments. Mo and Daan are the busiest, Sven, Jeroen and Noah still have room.

Save

What you want to keep becomes a fixed card.

With Save to Analytics, dot's chart lands on the All tab, next to your own blocks. There you refresh it, switch the view and click through to the rows behind every number.

  • Saving and choosing tabs is done by an admin
  • To change it, just talk to dot about it again
  • Too few rows? The bar is shown lighter and last
How to build reports
Just saved

Did not go ahead per week is now on All, next to no‑shows per field worker.

Dig deeper

Talk to dot about a card.

As an admin, every saved card has dot's circle in the top right. Ask what stands out or who's behind it. dot works out a variant and leaves your card as it is, until you choose Update or Save as new.

  • Ask what you see and how the block is built
  • A variant doesn't change your card
  • Update it, or add another card
Week 38

Daan had 5 of the 9, all five surveys where the customer wasn't home.

Home screen

The numbers you want to see every day.

With Add to your dashboard, an analysis from the chat goes on your own home screen, under Today. It's there every morning, next to your numbers and your lists.

  • On your home screen, not someone else's
  • Discuss with dot on every section
  • Don't need it anymore? Remove from your dashboard
Every morning

Appointments per technician is pinned under Today, next to your numbers.

The daily brief.Every morning you know where to start.

On your first visit of the day, dot opens your daily brief: what's waiting for you, in order, with the reason for each item. Based on how you work, not on a list you have to keep yourself.

Once a day

The daily brief is made once a day and stays among your conversations. You can keep talking about it all day.

Answer today

All your red‑flagged conversations and the unassigned ones in your teams, with dot's reason next to each.

Who's waiting comes first

A customer waiting on you and a quote about to expire come first. Anything that already has a task moves down.

From your own work

stipt works out which stage is yours from the records you move forward. There's nothing to set up.

About to escalate

A customer who's about to escalate goes to the top, with a label.

Nothing to report, no brief

If nothing needs you today, dot doesn't make a daily brief.

On your home screen too

The same items are under Today, next to your schedule, numbers and tasks.

Always on

The daily brief is one of dot's fixed skills. There's no switch and nothing to configure.

Everything Analytics can do.Even when you don't ask.

Besides what dot works out for you, Analytics has fixed reports and blocks you build yourself.

Four fixed tabs

CRM, Revenue, Inbox and Tasks come with fixed reports, without you building anything.

A starter set in one click

An admin clicks Starter set and stipt builds the blocks that fit your setup, from no‑shows per field worker to quote acceptance.

Click through to the rows

Behind every number are the rows it's based on. Open them in Lists and the number becomes a worklist.

To Excel when you need it

Every card exports to Excel as a table, or the whole tab in one file, with a sheet per card.

Margin per product

With the Analytics add‑on, dot works out the margin on accepted quotes. Lines without a cost price are reported separately, never as zero.

Or just a number

How many conversations are in New? dot counts exactly what your sidebar counts, per team, mailbox or topic.

Frequently asked questionsAbout analytics and the daily brief.

Who can ask dot for analyses?

Admins, always. Other team members with the Analytics add‑on, which an admin switches on per member. A member with the Field worker work profile doesn't get company analytics.

What can I ask?

Anything about your own customers, conversations, quotes, appointments and forms. For example the number of installations per installer per week, revenue per month or the win rate per lead source. dot works read‑only and only sees your own company.

Do I need to know formulas or SQL?

No. You ask in plain language. If the question fits an analysis block, dot builds that block. If it doesn't, dot writes its own analysis, which you save the same way.

How do I save an analysis?

With Save to Analytics on the worksheet it becomes a card on the All tab; an admin does that. You put an analysis on your own home screen with Add to your dashboard.

What's in the daily brief?

Conversations that need an answer today, records in your stage that have stalled, conversations waiting for your reply and your open tasks. At the top, dot puts at most four items that really need action today.

Can I change the daily brief?

The content comes from fixed rules about your own work, not from a setting. Reply to a conversation, finish a task or move a record forward, and it drops off the list. On your home screen you can hide a section you don't want to see.
