What is the stipt CRM? stipt is a CRM you set up yourself. You build your own record types in a visual builder, with your own fields and status flows, and attach modules per type: calendar, forms, products, quotes. All email, WhatsApp, appointments and documents of a customer live on one file, and dot analyzes it all.
Every record type has its own modules. Switch on what each type needs. A sales pipeline gets quotes and products; a service contract gets calendar and forms.
Calendar
Appointments that automatically move the record's status along.
Forms
Fill-in templates per type; a submission automatically gets a PDF.
Products
The catalogue that feeds your quotes: price, VAT, unit and margin.
Quotes
Draft, send and get signed online, straight from the record.
Location
An address with a map on the record.
Contacts
People and organisations around a record, with roles you define.
Files
Photos, contracts and certificates, with previews for images.
Self-billing
Draft invoices on behalf of partners, team leads or lead sources.
Everything hangs off the file. Every conversation, appointment, quote and document of a customer in the same place.
Ask your data a question. dot analyses all your records and answers with a chart. Admins only.
Your process is yours too. Your own statuses with a target duration, a required drop-out reason and a warning when something sits still too long.
Drag, rename or add statuses; existing records move along neatly.
Frequently asked questions
Does stipt fit my kind of business?
Yes. You set up record types for your own services or pipelines, with your own fields, statuses and modules. Nothing is fixed: you build the structure that fits your business and extend it whenever you want.
Does anything break when I rename or change fields?
No. Every field gets a fixed internal name when it is created, and that name never changes. Automations and API integrations reference the internal name, so you can rename labels without breaking rules or integrations.
What does the AI field do?
An AI field has dot compute a value from fields you point at: a summary, a classification, or a piece of data extracted from text. You start the run, per file or in bulk. The result is written as a normal field value, so views and filters can use it.
Can we connect stipt to our own software?
Yes. There is a REST API for contacts, records, forms and appointments, with your own API keys and documentation. Records created or moved through the API fire the same automations as changes made in the app. Webhooks report status changes to external systems.
What happens when a customer drops out?
Every status flow has exactly one drop-off status, and a reason is required there. The reason is stored on the file and kept in the history, so your analytics show why requests fall through and at which point in the flow.
