All your customer contact in one inbox
Email and WhatsApp together, with the customer file and dot right beside you.
What is the team inbox? The stipt team inbox brings email (Gmail, Microsoft 365, IMAP/SMTP) and WhatsApp Business together in one place. You assign conversations, work with statuses and internal notes, and the customer file sits next to every conversation. dot reads along and prepares draft replies that you review and send.

Animation: dot reads an incoming email, classifies it, knows the customer and prepares a grounded draft reply that you review and send.
One shared inbox, straight to the right person. Email and WhatsApp arrive in the same list and every new conversation is routed to the right teammate automatically. You see live who is looking, and because every conversation is linked to the customer, the full record sits right next to it.
New conversation? Routed automatically, with the customer record next to it.
The file is already right there. Next to every conversation: who it is, what is open and when your next visit is.
Working together without cc's. Assign, follow along and discuss internally, inside the conversation itself.
Assigning
Every conversation has one owner. Everyone sees who picks up what, and who is already typing.
Internal notes
Discuss inside the conversation. The customer never sees it, not even when forwarding.

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep using my current email address?
Yes. You connect your existing mailbox through Google, Microsoft 365, or IMAP/SMTP. Mail keeps arriving at your own address and replies are sent from it too. Responses stay in the same thread, on the recipient's side as well.
Can multiple WhatsApp numbers share the same inbox?
Yes. Each number becomes its own channel, and incoming messages are routed to the right channel per number. You connect your own number yourself through Meta's official flow, without a separate intermediary.
Can I still reply on WhatsApp after 24 hours?
Yes, with a Meta-approved template. You build the template in stipt, submit it to Meta for review from within the app, and then send it straight from the conversation. Within the 24-hour window you simply type a free-form reply.
Will customers notice we use a shared mailbox?
No. Replies go out from your own address or number. Per channel you set one signature that fills in automatically for each teammate with their name, job title and phone number, so every email looks personal and on brand.
Does dot send replies to customers by itself?
Not in the inbox: dot proposes a draft, you review and send. There is an optional WhatsApp bot for first responses; it is off by default and pauses automatically as soon as a teammate takes over the conversation.
