What stipt costs: the pricing model explained
stipt costs a fixed amount per person per month; a team member's role sets the rate. Everything is included: CRM, team inbox, scheduling, quotes, forms, automation and the AI colleague dot. On top of that, every workspace gets a monthly AI credit allowance for the work dot does. The current amounts are always on the pricing page.

How does stipt pricing work?
You pay per team member, monthly or yearly. There are no separate modules to buy: every team member works with the full system that fits their role.
The only variables besides roles are two add-ons for users who need more, and the AI credits if you want more than the monthly allowance. That keeps the invoice predictable.
Which roles are there and what does each cost?
There are three roles. An Admin manages everything and has the Analytics and Studio add-ons included. A User is a full team member for day-to-day work. Mobile only is for people who only use the mobile app, such as an installer or subcontractor keeping up with their appointments, tasks and records; that role has a lower flat rate.
The current amounts per role are on the pricing page, along with the add-ons and the monthly AI credit allowance.
What are the Analytics and Studio add-ons?
Analytics gives a user access to the reports on the Analytics page, including analyses through dot. Studio unlocks the building environment: rules, workflows, email templates and the AI settings.
You only pay for an add-on for the users who need it. Admins have both automatically.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for the year in one go and pay about 20% less: effectively two months free. With monthly billing you pay a bit more and settle every month.
You pick the interval when starting the subscription and pay by iDEAL; after that, invoices are collected automatically.
How do the AI credits work?
All AI work is paid from one shared pool of credits: draft replies, summaries, analyses, the WhatsApp bot and the work dot does in the background. A small action costs little, a heavy analysis more; a failed AI action costs nothing.
Every month your workspace gets a fresh bundle of credits that grows with the number of team members.
What if the AI credits run out?
Then you top up: a one-off fixed or custom amount, or automatically via a threshold you set yourself (if the balance drops below it, stipt tops up and emails you a confirmation). Purchased credits stay valid for six months.
You decide if and when anything is added, so costs never grow unnoticed.
Does the invoice grow with my team?
Yes, seats follow your team automatically. When someone joins, they are billed pro rata from that moment; remove someone and they drop off from the next invoice.
The company owner sees the cost breakdown per role, all invoices and the payment method on the Billing page.
What is included in the price?
Everything stipt is: the CRM with your own record types, the shared inbox for email and WhatsApp, scheduling, quotes, forms and work orders, tasks, automation and dot as your AI colleague. Updates and new features are included as well.
Prices exclude VAT; it is listed separately on the invoice.
